Golden Anniversary

I selected this image as it has value and great sentiment behind it. It belonged to my late Nan, who instead of being proposed with a ring, was proposed to with this gold bracelet, which had each plait attached by a chain representing the bond that held each year they had been together. With every year they had been together another plait would be attached, to which would eventually form a necklace and a diamond for  every anniversary. To me, it was beautiful concept and it was given to me and will remain a memory and a reminder of values that should never be lost.
